2021

The completion of CNC transformation of DV series

We are always committed to the continuous development of machine technology, aiming to enhance the automation level and production efficiency of our machines. As a result, we have successfully achieved the CNC transformation of DV punch press models and are continuously advancing towards intelligent automation.

2019

The establishment of DL Technology

DL Tech's headquarters is located in Waigaoqiao, Shanghai, responsible for company operations and technical training. In order to ensure the long-term and sustainable development of the company, we have invested in and purchased two factory buildings in the Zhongnan High Tech Industrial Park in Nantong, with a total area of 3,800 square meters. In addition, we have established the Cage-Type Snap Ring Division and the Stamping Forming Machine Division.
DL Technology, formerly known as Dihler (DiLe) for the domestic market, underwent a rebranding in 2023 as part of a global expansion strategy.

2015

Completion of original DV series multi-slide stamping forming machine

In response to market demands and to further expand the machine's range of applicable products, the trademarked David Multislide "DV" series automatic stamping bending forming machine was developed, which is an iterative improvement of the previous machine model. The DV series includes models such as DV8-200, DV20-260, DV30-280, and DV50-300, all of which have received consistent praise from the market.

2010

The successful development of the second-generation multi-slide stamping forming machine

Building upon the foundation of the first-generation forming machine and combining years of production experience, we have successfully developed and manufactured the second-generation 8-ton multi-slider stamping forming machine. This advanced machine is now officially introduced to the market.

2006

The acquisition of ISO9001 quality certification

After acquiring our own manufacturing machines, we were able to skillfully develop cage-type snap rings and elastic clips for solar photovoltaic busbars. In the same year, the company achieved ISO9001 quality certification.

2005

The establishment of Shanghai Jianyi Precision Stamping Parts Co., Ltd., and the birth of first-generation multi-slider stamping forming machine

In 2005, Mr. David Sim and Mr. Wenxin Liu embarked on their entrepreneurial journey in Shanghai, and they founded Shanghai Jianyi Precision Stamping Parts Co., Ltd. In the same year, they successfully manufactured the first-generation multi-slider stamping forming machine.

1992

The Beginning of Mastering Core Technology

In 1992, the founders of DL Tech, Mr. David Sim and Mr. Wenxin Liu, served at Singapore's Segno Precision Engineering Limited. David was responsible for mold design, while Wenxin handled mold manufacturing and calibration. Over a period of more than 10 years of collaboration, they successfully completed over 200 mold projects. This experience laid the foundation of the most fundamental technological capital for DL Tech.
