Mr. David Shen has been engaging in automated stamping and bending forming technology since 1992, serving as a seasoned mold designer with experience in designing over 380 sets of molds. He created an innovative design of a multi-slide stamping and forming machine: the David Multislide (DV), which was named after him. Over the course of 20 years of exploration, putting into practice, and continual development, a series of mechanical and numerical control models were successfully developed. The product series have gained high visibility and credibility in the field of automated stamping and forming since its introduction.
Factory Overview
The factory is located at No. 168, Lehai Avenue, Zhongnan Gaoke Industrial Park, Plot 25, Tongzhou District, Nantong City, Jiangsu Province, covering an area of 3,800 square meters. Its proximity to the construction of the new Nantong Airport undoubtedly makes it a prominent highlight in the world's airport network, which will undoubtedly drive the economic development in the surrounding area, combining favorable geographical and human factors.
The entire factory area adopts a novel and modern design style, with flexible spatial design conducive for improving work efficiency and communication. We have also implemented an intelligent supply chain management system and utilized ERP to enhance operational and information levels, enabling us to respond quickly to customer needs.
